I use mac id filtering. Upon finishing RT AX88u and RT AX58u clean setup the following occurred this time. Mac id filtering is already active on router AX88u and when setting up the node on it, it had option to turn on mac id filtering for the node. This obviously is something newly added. I did not activate it or add devices to the accept list on either band.
Would not the main router RT AX88u with mac id filtering already on, forward that policy to node like before? I will have to test with a new device in current state at node to see if it gets rejected. I sure hope so. There is nowhere to change this after node added also.
