Access AC unit remotely [AX88U]

Sorry for a little offtopic but can someone help me?
I’m controlling my air conditioner unit via wifi. When I’m on my wifi, I can control it with no problem. But when i’m not home (mobile data), app “NetHome Plus” says my AC unit is online but I can’t connect to it. Any suggestion about router (AX88U) settings that can help me accessing AC unit remotely?
